We aren't focused on a church model developed in 'corporate America'.

There's no hierarchy here. Jesus leads. We follow.

There's an old adage, 'he who feeds leads'. So we follow the Shepherd.

"He will tend his flock like a shepherd;

he will gather the lambs in his arms;

he will carry them in his bosom,

and gently lead those that are with young."
